ICSEF 2026

Computer Science Education Forum 2026 brings together educators, researchers, school leaders, policymakers, and partners to shape the future of computer science education.

About the forum

Computer science education is changing quickly. ICSEF 2026 creates space to decide what should come next.

Organised by the Centre for Education + Society in the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Queen's University Belfast, the programme brings together evidence, classroom practice, curriculum design, assessment, widening participation, artificial intelligence, teacher development, and partnership.

Across talks, discussion, focus groups, and structured networking, participants will examine what young people need from computer science education and how institutions can work together to deliver it.
